Appellants, the City of St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners ("the Board"), appeals the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, after a jury awarded respondent, Jack McGuckin ("driver"), damages in the amount of $100,000 for personal injuries he sustained in a collision resulting from a police officers negligent operation of a motor vehicle while in the course of employment. We affirm.
