Robert Michael Gavin while engaged in the course of his employment was killed in an automobile accident due to the sole negligence of an uninsured motorist. Appellant Standard Accident Insurance Company was the carrier of decedents automobile liability policy which contained uninsured motorist coverage, and it was also the carrier of decedents workmens compensation by virtue of a policy with decedents employer, Florida Awning Company. Decedents widow, Judy Gavin, brought this action for a declaratory judgment to settle a controversy over the limits of coverage and the liability of Standard under the uninsured motorist coverage. The insurance company appealed an adverse summary judgment.
